Welcome to the Beauty Help Center. I have compiled a list of common questions and answers in an effort to answer questions you may have about my services, or my business. If you still can’t find an answer, please let me know and I will be happy to help you with whatever is on your mind.
How is bbeautybyanastasia different from other makeup artists?
I feel like I am different to other makeup artists as the client always comes first. I may ask a lot of questions, but it's only because I want to make your experience and service as enjoyable as I can - as well as delivering a great makeup service for you! I love building a personal connection with my clients so that they can feel comfortable in a safe space.
Which payment methods does bbeautybyanastasia accept?
I accept bank transfer, online payments and cash. All appointments and bookings require a $30 deposit which must be paid within 48hours upon booking. Otherwise, the booking will be cancelled.
I want to come with a friend — does bbeautybyanastasia offer package deals?
I do offer package deals!
